1. Rounds rating → 10000 * (round's duration / max duration + round's number of posts / max number of posts) / 2
Rating will be readjusted when there's a new longest round and/or new round with most posts, incl. older rounds.
2. Språkspelers/players has 3 points:
a. Rating → sum of round rating that the player won.
b. DIFFiculty → sum of round rating that the player started/hosted.

If someone stop playing starting today, his rating/DIFF/EXP points won't remain the same. It might and will decrease as more difficult rounds come by.
