This was "super-quick" version of the congratulations card. It does just say "congratulations" in the Elder runes.
I wanted to insert the "congratulations" onto the image using Paint, but it wouldn't recognise runes.
I'll try to improve it later, and even write it in Icelandic or Old Norse.
